Rentals are $175.00 for 3 hours and $50 for each additional hour, not to exceed 11pm

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required upon contract signing (After receiving confirmation of availability, click here to submit a security deposit payment)

(25) 8-foot tables and (150) chairs are available

Maximum Capacity is 200 people

(Optional) Kitchen is available for staging items only and at an additional cost of $150 for the duration of the rental

Alcohol may be enjoyed responsibly

Cancellations must be requested 3 weeks prior to rental date to receive a 50% refund of the security deposit
